Ariel is a fan of working out her back. The most she does is bent over rows, single-arm lats pull-downs (on the machine) or pull-ups as well as seated rowing. The first step is warming up and then moves on to the sets she works on. Ariel makes use of her time effectively. She does this by super setting all of her back exercises, and doing three or four supersets of 10-12 reps. She would do this kind of routine twice per week. One day would be lighter weight and another heavier weight day.
